hello! my name is q1. i have a different, more public-facing github website that i use to log projects, which i love very much, but this is a place more for the after hours and having fun on the internet.
midnight commute is the title of a playlist i slowly curated during 2024, a year when i was doing 4 hour commutes back and forth from school, 2 hour commutes back and forth from my boyfriend's apartment, and spending lots of late nights waiting for buses on the sidewalks of gangnam. it's a playlist of slow electronica that comforted me when i was cold and sleepy on the road.
making games might be my favorite thing to do. right now i'm working on a tool for making html games because i want to experiment with a more freeform style within text games.
moved this whole website onto a github repo so i can build it using 11ty!
